Aren't they qualified technicians?The first time they came, they went into the attic, checked the unit outside, and claimed they repaired the AC less than 10 mins. We have one", repairman comes back, nope still doesn't work, he said he was going to recommend to 2 10 a replacement machine because ours is discontinued and they don't make the part anymore.
